Just An Observation About The Kitchen Shows

Has Any noticed that David has more Kitchen air time than Bowersox did? It seems when Bowersox was there he would normally have 1 hr or 2 hr shows, but since David took over the kitchen shows are now mostly 3 hrs long, sometimes more

Wonder why?
