Just A Heads Up Using Return Labels From .COM

Hi everyone, just a brief head up, if you return items using the .com return label, customer service cannot track them or process a refund for you even if the item shows delivery

in your order status. I was informed of this while trying to credit back my account with

returns that have been received by QVC 5 or more days ago. Customer service informed me "they are having problems pulling up the .com label returns, and there is nothing they could do.....How could this be, so now I sit and wait for QVC to credit the returns in an untimely

fashion, I hope this helps others who are thinking about using the .com return labels.
