To each their own and u have every right to ur opinion. Julia screams energy and youthful. Shes 42 not in her 20s but I think she could be in her early 30s. She has a very fresh new age vibe and she is purely authentic. Most casting directors will say they look for two things that pop factor/authenticity and the ability to be an amazing storyteller. Julia can tell stories and relate them to the products.

Btw Julia is scheduled for April 25th Denim and Co Tuesdsy show. This will be her fourth time with Gary in the slot as she's being heavily considered to replace Carolyn. The QVC execs are clearly loving Julia's take on D and C

@JONNYSBRO  Glad you admire her for many of us viewers do not like her hosting. The only thing "authentic" about Julia is her silly, giddy, sloppy, unkempt demeanor and appearence. As a long-time regular Tuesday D&C viewer, I no longer watch.

Authenticity is having ur own vibe and style. Why does Julia need to dress all serious or what viewers consider professional. She has her own vibe and being true to herself. The worst thing anyone can so is pretend to be someone they are not. The half tuck is so her and I welcome that. I don't think she would be invited back time and time again if she wasn't being considered. I saw Leah, Jayne and Mary Beth do it and gotta say I was bored. Part of the appeal of Gary and Carolyn was their personalities. I see that with Julia but its different.

Julia Cearley imo is the future of QVC..she brings the most fun youthful vibe. I love her half tuck on the shirt. She's has a zest for life and QVC is very lucky to have her.

Good grief.  If she's the future of QVC, their future isn't looking very bright.

She is not my cup of tea.  Her hair is a mess and I can't stand the tone of her voice.  Like others have said.....unkempt:  having an untidy or disheveled appearance

To JONNYSBRO. You have got to be a relative of julia. Everytime I watch the forum you are on their praising Julia. I have never heard anyone else constaning praising any host like you do. Whats up?

Knew I would be seeing this JONNYSBRO praising Julia under this topic and sure enough there it is once again. When she first became a host didn't mine her but lately she has become so loud ,hyper even looks a bit messy sometimes sorry to say. Just  can't enjoy watching  her.

Oh give me a break with this continued hate about Julia. There are people gushing other hosts in here that I think are horrible but I don't blast them for it. Julia is loved by the QVC brass as she is getting much hours and the last post I did had several Julia praises. Shes unlike any other host I have seen on electronic retailing. I am sick of the same old host that is something we have seen. I am looking for authenticity and unique. I dont care if Julia has her shirt in a half tuck because she's absolutely being true to herself. She has a zest for life and why should anyone be bitter about that. Give me unique anyday of the week over continued hosts that are just the same ole same ole

You sound like a stalker.
