Joining the Club

In the ten years i have been a Q customer, i have never had any issues with shipping...until now. I have read the angry posts and criticisms and was always grateful that my purchases were delivered in a timely way. I placed two orders on the 16th and 17th and have yet to receive them almost 2 weeks later! Both shipped from Lancaster,PA  to TX. 

There are probably others that have waited longer, but this is very disappointing and will think twice about ordering when i need something for a particular event on a particular date. Off to the mall (ick!) I go! Thanks for reading....i feel better now that i have allowed myself 5 minutes of whine time!

I would buy more but I talk myself out of purchases when I think about shipping.

I either don't need it or look for it locally
