Watched Jill and Susan last pm. Wow, what a change in Susan’s demeanor, in fact the entire show was calm.

Jill initially went over colors without Susan present.

Susan was respectful as was Jill—-very no nonsense.

Jill was the consummate professional and Susan responded accordingly. Amazing!

I don't think SG is unreasonable, maybe they had a talk before the show and JB told her how the show was going to flow. PJD is a push over and a follower, SG has been taking advantage of that for years. I'm watching SG with Katie M and she's not running over her yet, but we will see.

Jill is a no nonsense kind of girl.  Susan knows that.

When I have watched them together, I get the sense that Susan is intimidated by Jill.

I know I would be.

Jill is very take charge and I'd also feel like she was judging me. That's just the feeling I get with her when she is with vendors.

She seems very confidant in herself.

She has admitted that because her mother was a teacher, she may sound like that sometimes too.

I like Jill by herself and on cooking shows.

She looks like she watches and listens more on those.

You are so right.  I remember long ago when Denns Basso had just started at the Q and was matched up with Jill.  He casually mentioned something like, "In my show.....   Hold on a minute buddy said Jill, this is my show.

I get the feeling that Jill is respected.....but not always liked. People are probably afraid of her..... as she is bossy.
