@Shelbella262 Did you actually buy that BS about spending more time with her family? i watched her 25th Anniversary show in Dec 4 months before she suddenly needed to leave. On that show she expressed how much she loves her job and hopes to stay for as long as they will have her. and then 4 months later she's leaving?Please something happened and qvc let her go. She is very quiet about it because she's a very smart Lady and you don't burn bridges

It was a little weird when she left.  I don't think she was "let go" per se because generally it seems you're there one day and gone the next.  I wonder if her contract came due and negotiations didn't go her way.

Anyway, I liked her on the Q better than off the Q.  Off the Q she is too fakey nice.  Her real, rather abrupt personality is easier to take than the fakey nice thing.

I also never bought the "more time with family reason."  That more time with family is merely a consequence of not having the job anymore.  It's all in the way they phrase it.  

Remember, her Home with Jill show was reduced to QVC 2, and that was a time when QVC 2 was still really a nothing channel, even much less spotlight on programming then compared to today.  Then they gave her a co-host or social media host -- I cannot remember who it was, but that was probably the last straw for Jill. 

I think she left on her own, but only after QVC made changes.  

But it's all conjecture, who really knows...

I truly think that Jill left on her own, maybe contracts issues???I know I remember hearing her say she was tired of missing so much of her son's sporting events because of work as well. But who knows??

Maybe she wanted that freedom of choosing when she works???Her son is now a Senior in High School, so she will be an empty nester in another year...

Jill with the Scott Brothers has ended.  In fact, it seems QVC and the Scott Brothers has ended.

Jill is now the brand rep for Jai Jewelry.  Her first appearance was Tuesday night (11/14) with Jane & Courtney.

I thought she was a good host, maybe a little boring but I bought a lot seasonal decor when she had her home decor shows. I still use many of them to this day.
