Jane's pretty much one of a kind, but basically, she's all right. She can work your last nerve if you let her... most of them can... if you let them...

Very true (re-living her early years, vicariously, through her daughters) AND she always reminds the audience about it, ad nauseum...

Her DH didn't look too pleased w/ being pushed into the spotlight by her on the Christmas Eve show. ${#emotions_dlg.scared}$

I have always liked Jane, but in small doses. I think she has never looked better, good for her.

I wondered about the make-up. If Lisa puts any gloss, etc. on she always says she is taking it home. When they have a TSV and have the models putting on mascara all day, that can't be too sanitary if each one doesn't have her own tube of mascara or lipstick, etc. Then there are the unsanitary food shows when at times they eat from the same dish, etc. On the cosmetic shows the vendors use the same brush to put powder on all the models and sometimes put some of the host too with the same brush.

I couldn't agree more; the minute Jane comes on, I go. She's saved me a lot of money.

Wow, that's just unsanitary. With all the eye infections and known bacteria caught in the tube, that should just be stopped. That's a really big transfer of bacteria. And they preach constantly the dangers of keeping three month old mascara. I just would not accept that as a host.
