Re: Jamie, Why do you.................?

I give her much credit for that, look at the difference between and somebody like Josie. We are not watching for the clothes, I am not at least.

Re: Jamie, Why do you.................?

I've read that Jaime wears the same pair of earrings that she wore the first time she appeared on QVC as a good luck charm. I suspect that given her news reader background that she feels the most comfortable wearing solid colored dresses similar to what you see various news anchors and weather gals wear on air. The only difference is that her dresses aren't sleeveless. The hairstyle is probably a good luck charm as well. Jaime appeared on The Shopping Channel in Canada for two years before she ever appeared on QVC and she always wore the same style dress and hairstyle as well when she was on air with IT Cosmetics.

I really like her as a vendor! She seems very kind and she must be very smart as well. I really wish people weren't so critical about how hosts or vendors look!! 😊

Re: Jamie, Why do you.................?

Jamie was one of the very first house guests on the very first season of Big Brother.

I never realized it until I was going through YouTube (trying to look for last season) and lo and behold...I saw the very first season and decided to watch it.  I almost fell off the couch when I immediately knew it was Jamie!  So cool.....so I decided to watch a bunch of episodes.  She was a beauty pagent winner, too, back in the day.  Pretty cool stuff.

Clothing or big jewelry would be a distraction.

I think it is a distraction when a plus sized lady is wearing a very  TOO tight TOO short dress. I think she needs a makeover.

May she wants the person watching to focus on the products that she is selling and not her outfit or hairstyleSmiley Happy

Re: Jamie, Why do you.................?

I like Jamie and I buy her cosmetics a lot!  Her dress is cute in any color but it is way too tight and that aspect is distracting.  Too tight across her shoulders and arms and way too tight across her tummy and back side.

Today I saw the blonde model with the dark undereyes come on and present the product, which I thought she did a great job.... and there she was in the same st;yle dress (nothing wrong with that!) pulled too tightly across her tummy and back side.  I couldn't believe it because the model is not overweight but the dress made her little tummy pouch out.  And it was distracting.....

If they truly don't want anything to distract from the presentation.... going up a size would help tremendously.  Just like dressing the models in too-tight jackets and clothing when they are being presented... it really is distracting.

Re: Jamie, Why do you.................?

I think she could afford to "loosen up" the clothing a bit, even if she's selling the cosmetics and not the dress. She's a very pretty woman whether she does or not. If they film her torso, and they do, that should be as pleasing as possible. But again ... there's no law.
