Trying to order the one time only Jimmy the Baker crumb cakes (Sun night Gourmet Holiday show 6/5) with the one time price, and keep getting a box saying they can't ship to my address here in PA where they've shipped hundreds of things over the years.

Called CS...no help, can't give reason.

Tried all combinations...will not take my order.

Ridiculous.

Offer at a good price , then customers can't order.

Not good QVC.

"Uh-oh! This item Jimmy the Baker (12) 6.5oz. Crumbcakes in Choice of Flavors cannot be delivered to the provided address. This may be due to a shipping restriction or the inability to service that area. Please enter an alternate shipping address or remove the item from your cart. You may also contact Customer Service or QVC Live Help, for further assistance."

@Othereeeen    That sometimes happens when the product has sold out and the computer hasn't caught up.

Thanks....tried to put in the Beekman products shown before this show just to test with another product, won't take them either. 

Keep getting a box saying they can't ship to my area or somesuch.

Great way to treat customers who've ordered hundreds of items, always paid on time .

Sounds like bait and switch.

I ordered from Chewy yesterday morning at 9am and the order was on my doorstep today by noon.

QVC is REALLY going down hill.

Something must be wrong with the website, it's happening to me too! I even checked my account and made sure my default shipping address was set correctly. I'll try again, I hope the product is still available!

I can't order ANY product....getting that annoying box.

O well....saved some money tonight!!!

 "Bait and Switch?" That phrase gets tossed around here so often, and it never seems applicable.

I spoke with CS, they said IT is aware of the problem and is working on it. They said to keep it in your cart, they will honor the price for 30 days.

Bait and Switch....Offer something at a great price, when customer wants to buy at that price, make it impossible or suddenly unavailable to do so, so they may order something else, more expensive.

What makes me mad is no one at QVC pays attention to complaints.

I DID call customer service, and of course got "Well we don't know..haven't heard anyone else having a problem..."

In other words NO HELP.
