I ordered something on October 11 and was not on advanced order or was not sold out.  Two weeks later they changed the deliver date, then it went to backorder, and now back to in process.  I have called and written to no avail.  The ittem was available for 2 weeks after I placed my order before it went to sold out.  I was told warehouse ran out of the item but it may still come.  Ive pretty much given up.

My issue is with LeCreuset also.  I ordered a grill pan on October 11th and still don't have it.  I was told the warehouse was haing issues (Le Creuset warehouse) and they ran out of the item I ordered and were trying to find it in a different warehouse.  Went from in process, to able to cancel, to backorder, back to in process.  I am not holding my breath.

@Catch71 Here we are a month later--got a 2 piece roaster so poorly packed, and a month late, that I would be afraid to heat it up.

 

I have another piece shipped on the 14th that has a UPS tracking number, but no UPS tracking information. They must be clearance items or seconds or something--coming from Nevada and California and made in France?  Really?  

 

I'm well done with QVC now.  They don't have a clue what is going on.
