Using the website, I mean.  I counted 18 "rows" of "based on your purchases," buy it again," etc.  These are after whatever item I chose to look up.  I check TILI every day for those nifty sample boxes and now there are dozens of non TILI items thrown in, including food. I even tried watching a streaming presentation last night with TJ and deemed it nonsense.  Went back to Vanna K on JTV.  Most of my purchases come from the website, not the TV.  DD calls this "bloat" and I can see why. Just how much is the human brain supposed to absorb?

Re: It is getting overwhelming

I think that there is too much stuff crammed into the homepage.

Re: It is getting overwhelming

It's not just QVC. I'm bogged down, with you might like and buy it again, following many different website visits. Sometimes the suggestions aren't even related to the type of items I view.

It IS irritating. I'd like to decide what I might like, or buy again. Between this nonsense and spam phone calls, there just isn't any peace these days.

Re: It is getting overwhelming

I agree.  I look at the website on my desktop with a 32" monitor.  I couldn't even be bothered to try to navigate it on my cell phone or iPad.

And all the "Based on your views" things?  I don't need them to suggest things; I know what I want, when I'm looking for it.

Plus, I get inundated with emails, if I even so much as click on something.  "WAIT!  You left this behind!!!"  No, I didn't.  I didn't want it.  It's called browsing!

The homepage has been a disaster for almost 10 years now; I always think it couldn't get worse and I'm always wrong. I only view it two or three times per month because it is such a visual assault and contains nothing I'd ever want to see—the rare times I click it are typically due to some kind of limited-time sale that I need more details about or when I want to quickly see what's on air without having to navigate links and menus on the website.

My main bookmark for QVC is the list of items recently on air; I also have bookmarks for Lunchtime and Primetime Specials and the weekly program guide so I can avoid all the craziness and clutter as much as possible. And even with this approach and a robust ad blocker, the site still manages to constantly pop up more junk I don't want to see and will never click.

It is definitely not a pleasant experience to use this website most of the time.  Smiley Indifferent

@loriqvc, I'm just like you. I have no reason to visit the home page. I bookmark this forum, Recently Aired, Lunchtime Specials, and Primetime Specials. If I need to checked anything else I navigate from one of these pages.

Tacky, cluttered, ugly type, too-small images.  It is a hot mess.  Looks like some jr. high kids designed it.

It lacks sophistication and clarity.
