Yes, I have issues: I did receive a package with no invoice, then an invoice that belonged to some else, that I also shredded as it has personal info on it. Secure I think not! I once received an expensive bracelet with the invoice for a cheaper item I ordered and I am also honest and called QVC and returned it. Recently, I returned two Keys of BB different days but only one shows a return. So I called and they said they had credited me but they can't place it on the return section. So when you look at it it looks as if they overpaid me by 100 dollars. They state this can't be fixed but the notes are in the computer. They continually state they can't put the other item in the return section we view. There are also no indicators like a star to alert people to look in the notes which of course you will never get a copy in writing. They told me it was a scanning issue on their end that was corrected manually but they can't place it in my return file. I know about IT, It can be done manually but why would they waste their time to open a file out of thousands? This has been bothering me as it looks like they over paid me , when they audit will the notes be in the system? I too am honest , they never send a thank you letter or a small incentive when you are honest and correct their mistakes. But this "look like overpayment on a return is really bothering me, but have gotten any where with getting it fixed or a letter so I have proof on my end."

Like wasting your time and efforts, getting no where. I think as an honest customer and If they can't fix the return in the system ,you should receive a written letter for proof explaining the discrepancy they can't fix it. I have tried different times and also spoken to Sup and all I get is that "the notes are in the system." This is not the way to do business. They wear you down trying to get it fixed, so I am thinking of writing the CEO. By the time audits arrive the notes will be archived somewhere and they refuse to send you a copy of the notes or a letter. I can't get anything in writing yet they state they have the return.

I am also going to post this on the Q did what! All I want is a letter stating they have the return and could not place it in the system and that is why it appears to be an overpayment for one item I won't give up. Honest people should not be repaid in this manner. JMHO!

I hope I can get some type of documentation that both BB keys were returned. Thank you.
