I just placed an order for the gel coat item. Checked my order and it said to "contact CS". I did and they said they are having problems with some credit card orders going through. They said it's been reported but to check back in 2 days to see if taken care of. She said it's possible that the order will cancel automatically.

Told her that's a heck of a thing to be going on with their "non stop party weekend " Very odd. Be aware.

Sorry this is happening to You ! I had this happen to me quite awhile ago but it wasn’t during a Big Free Shipping Event.


My order did go through though. And funny thing is after I received the item I got a letter a week later from QVC saying they were sorry about the whole mess.

Well not exactly in those words ! 😂

Seems something is going on with the credit cards.  Have had issues with more than one of mine not QVC.

Hi. This has happened to me and others here. Not sure for how long though, but the "contact CS" will usually go to processing in a couple days.  

 

the first time it happened to me i emailed the social team and was told i had to call CS. I didnt bother and checked back a couple days later. It went to processing on its own. 

since then it has happened to me a couple more times. One being this week. I just let it be and its now processing.

This happened to me a few months ago so I contacted customer service.  She had no idea what I was talking about and only guessed that maybe there was an issue with the credit card. 

 

My bill had been paid in full so I don't know what was going on.  Within a few hours it went to processing.

 

Now just yesterday I got another "contact cs" and ignored it.  My order is now processing.

I also had that issue, a message to call customer service as something went wrong.  No order from me then, saves me money so that's good.

@Denise65 that's the way I looked at it.  Didn't order anything else today.  The CS rep is supposed to cancel it when she can.  They can't even access it when it's in that status.

I had that problem twice a few weeks ago. CS said to ignore. But last night I ordered2 items online and the free shipping would not work. I called and they said after the item is charged then I can call again and they will refund the $7.00. What a pain...Lots of problems Q seems to have.
