Just keep in mind that you virtually cannot cancel, 2-3 minutes after ordering, your order says 'in process, no changes can be made' so you cannot change a color or size.

Yesterday the Aveda Volumizing Tonic Duo was $39.00, I waited thinking today could be free shipping.  It went to $58.00.  QVC can just keep it!!!

I tried to get a $7.50 credit for shipping from an item I ordered on Thursday evening and was denied. The new policy started 7/5 and the purchase has to be within 3 hours of the beginning of the event. I am very disappointed.

QVC's one day of free shipping is no different than many other retailers that designate one specific day for free shipping. Why would it be retroactive? I don't see anything being harder and harder.
