I see that I am not the only one that can't order on line & also can't see the product page at times. Not only the forums are messed up but the whole website is unfuctional. I used the "Chat" & the person wasn't aware of the problems. Kept saying it was my computer, browser or clear cookies. Evidently QVC is NOT making aware to ALL their employees that it is definitely their whole website is not functioning properly. There are several things I wanted to order & especially on GEM day but if I can't order on line I won't be ordering. It was so easy on line so why isn't QVC making their employees & customers of what is going on. 

 

Are they getting rid of the website completely??? It gets worse as time goes on with no official word from Management so what are we to think. I can't imagine how much money they are losing or don't they care? 

 

In regards to the forums I check in sometimes several times a day as they are very INFORMATIVE on products or posters have given very good reviews on something I might not have purchased if I didn't read the forums. Also the recipes, ideas & suggestions on here helps so many posters as they have posted how the forums are essential.

 

I will get off of my soapbox as you can tell I am very frustrated as I can't do anything on this wonky website. MANAGEMENT please inform your employees & customers are this has gone on toooooooooo loooooooong!!!!

meant to say "as" not (are) in the last sentence. The website won't let me correct my spelling.

And just to show how crazy it is, I'm using Firefox and have no problem using the forums or ordering from the main QVC site.  So weird.
