Interesting. I was just fiddling with my screen ratio this morning, and could not make QVC look right.

I have Comcast, and reading this thread, it seems lots who have this problem have Comcast.

QVC is the only channel I have this problem. If it were many channels I would say maybe Comcast is fidddling on their end and forcing HD on me. They keep reminding me I don't have HD (as if I don't know that).

It seems to be more than just me though, so, I have no idea. Watching 10 foot tall, pencil thin people talking is very hard to do. Saving me money

I haven't noticed a problem on QVC, which I get in HD, but QVC Plus has been stretched for awhile now. I have Verizon FIOS. Same thing on my sister's tv, she's in another state and has Cox.

So Beth, do you really mean to tell us that the same problem all of us are experiencing with QVC/Plus, and only QVC/Plus, on all these different providers, is not originating at the one common denominator's - QVC's - end? Because I find that hard to believe.

I have noticed this lately, thought it was me but this morning Leah and Kathleen Kirkwood look weird. I have Comcast as well, I have a smart TV but don't pay for HD either, I basically pay for intranet and I get free basic...

I think this is on Comcast end.

Yes, I have DISH and the Q is HD and every one on the show looks tall and thin. I thought Antonella lost a lot of weight all of a sudden and even the plus size models look thinner. I have only noticed this when fashion is on, I'm watching a beauty show now and everyone looks as usual. Odd.

It's March 19 and my picture ONLY on qvc is still elongated and stretched out. I also have Comcast. Can any of the mods please let us know if the problem is still being looked into? Thank you.
