Is it just the picture on our cable system??

Has anyone else's picture during qvc shows, especially at night had a picture that is extremely narrow. Not only do all of the hosts and models look stretched out but so does the item number and description box. It isn't all the shows. Maybe it just cable carrier but not just my television, other members of my family have had the same problem. Just tonight, the picture was fine up until the LOGO show.

Please fix it if it on the side of qvc.

No my TV's look good.  I stay up late at night watching 2 TV's and they both look good.

Oh well, maybe it is our cable carrier. We have comcast in PA.

Yes!  On QVC Plus only.  I don't get it in HD for some reason.  It started happening last week. I can't watch it like that. I have AT&T Uverse.

yes, I experienced the same narrow stretched out "look" last night on my tv.  It appears to be corrected now.  I thought it was just me but guess not.

          @domel,  I've seen no problems on my tv or by viewing the live stream on the website.    I have Comcast, too, but that doesn't mean a lot because the transmission quality can vary from one locale to another...  good idea for you to call and find out if they're having problems locally.   eta:   While I was typing I see others report similar problems.   The local provider often will know if a station is having technical issues, but maybe the Q Social Team has heard about this...

@domel A couple of days ago my tv in the bedroom went to a narrow picture for no reason at all.  It was fine when I watched it the night before but when I turned the tv on in the morning it was narrow and the picture was distorted.  I had not messed with any settings. 

 

I went into my tv settings and had to change the picture settings.  My tv in the living room was fine, it never went to the narrow view.

 

I've had the tv and Comcast for several years and this has never happened before. I just thought it was so strange, because I had to access a few menus to get to the right menu to change how my picture displayed.

I live in Chicago and use Dish Network.  I have also noticed this change even when using the stretch function.  Actually I always use the stretch feature because I only get QVC on "SD" no "HD."

 

Picture is suddenly very strange and it is only QVC.  All other SD shows are fine.

Yes!! It's been doing that on mine for a while....like you said in the evenings! I thought everyone had lost weight...lol. Our carrier is Time Warner/ Spectrum.
