or does every celebrity and their dog have a wine or liquor to hawk. At this point it is just embarrasing. Kendal Jenner has a tequila ,J lo ,which is even more cringey since Ben Affleck is a recovering alcoholic. I know eveyone needs to make money , but they are just slapping their name on it for a cash grab. I see the blue jean chef just presented one. Like i said maybe it is just me.

@MW in IowaRemember the history of some of the smart Golden Age actors who concentrated on buying California real estate, also started their own businesses to make sure they had a nest egg?  Bing Crosby who had a mansion a couple of towns over from us in No California & many other real estate holdings, Fes Parker, Jimmy Dean, Bob Hope come to mind with many other actors making a bundle.

There are also the celebrities who have skin care lines. They love to mention the hyaluronic acid ingredient often in their presentations.

I have absolutely no problem with it whatsoever.

I think it's wonderful that opportunities are abundant for everyone to expand and grow.  It's America, the Land of possibilities.  Good for all of them to venture out and take the chance!

Our free markets will determine whether it was a wise decision, or not.

I go the other way when a celebrity touts a product, their own or someone else's. Their endorsements or own product lines mean nothing to me.

I check out the product on it's own merit (quality/price) alone.  I don't flee away from a celebrity endorsed product, nor do I gravitate towards it.  I'm not swayed one way or the other, if it's an item I actually need or want.  Public personalities putting their name on brands has been done since practically the dawn of retail.

Well, Martha Stewart sells just about everything, everywhere even designer kitty litter!
