It comes up on as a rectangle in the middle of my screen and won't let me place an order. I cannot get it to go full screen at all. Just started doing this today. I can just go to QVC and place an order then go into rakuten and pull up my cart but I can't place order in rakuten. Any suggestions or perhaps it's Rakuten having a problem. I tried resetting but nothing changed.

Just an FYI, Be Frugal is now offering 5% back from the Q, why use Rakuten at 1%?

I am having no problems with my screen using Rakuten.

I’m having same problem with Rakuten. QVC site won’t load under Rakuten and it wants to direct you away from Rakuten site.

I just started having trouble with Rakuten app and QVC. It directs me to download the QVC app which is already downloaded on my phone. If I use the Rakuten website I am able to order from QVC. I think there is a glitch with Rakuten/QVC

I seldom use Rakuten.  Use BeFrugal a lot and for all my QVC purchases.  % are higher at BeFrugal.

I always use Befrugal or TopCashback. They usually offer good deals on many companies. A few days ago, TopCashback was offering 10% for QVC; now it is offering 4% and Befrugal is offering 5%. I never use Rakuten.

I use most all of the sites, whoever is offering the highest % at the time of my purchase.
