Is anyone else having trouble seeing customer reviews

I can no longer see reviews either. QVC says just hit the stars and you will see. Doesn't work.

I can still see reviews. I noticed the look of the reviews pages is a little different, I like it actually, easier to read.

I'm on a Mac using Safari, and I can see the reviews.

Couldn't see them, then I could, now I can't AGAIN! I am using Chrome.

Why try to "fix" something that wasn't broke? Worked just fine!

I always like to read the reviews about an item I am interested in.

If they don't get this fixed, Q sure is saving me money!

I am unable to see the reviews with firefox, but I can see them with explorer and chrome. Firefox is my preferred browser. Have to say I don't care much for the new format, especially the video presentation coming up first thing.

Yes. I tried a few weeks ago from an ipad and couldn't see them.

it has been reported numerous times on other threads in customer care......and they are supposedly looking into it.

i cannot see reviews when i use the firefox browser.
