I mailed a return Oct. 3rd (am) and it still hasn't been processed. I didn't use the pre-paid return label because the package can sit in the post office for up to a week before it is picked up, so I just shipped it back on my own. I have never had a problem shipping returns back on my own and they never take this long to process. I called CS and asked if Q is running behind in their return dept., of course I got no reply. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem??
