To be fair, Shawn was not the one who made that inane "hostess gift" comment. That was Naomi. There are certain HBA products, like maybe Philosophy, that might make good gift but not this one.

I did think, though, that there is a point to be made about the stigma about those products. I was introduced to the "shh," hush-hush, stuff when I was 12. Now that I'm at the end of that road, more than 40 years later, I find it sad that we still clutch our pearls about periods and menopause. I understand it, and I still feel uncomfortable, but I hate to think of my teenage niece feeling stressed-out or embarrassed.
