Is QVC having Online Technical Issues?

About a month ago (?), I couldn't get to any other page beyond the home page, so couldn't log in to my account. That lasted a week. Now, I can't get the items to show the variety of colors. Usually when you click on the square that describes the color, the big picture switches to it. Not now. This has now lasted about 3 or 4 days and I'm having problems seeing the product videos enlarged. Can only see them as a small screen after it takes longer to load. Is it me or QVC? Any one else having these problems?
