Yes, it is still an option.
I used qvceasyreturns a few weeks ago and it took about 5 days for a response.

@Lucylu12 When using the easy return via email, there isn't a QR code. The QR is when you actually take the package to the post office or ups to ship.

I have returned a few things over the past 2 months. Followed the rules but I still had to call when I didn't receive my refund after 2 weeks. I had to call and tell the operator that the item was received according to tracking 10 days ago. She apologized and put my refund through.. This happened with 3 of my returns. That should not take almost 3 weeks to get a refund. I will definitely think twice before I purchase again. I wonder what the holidays will be like.
