Yes, I'm concerned. Yes, I changed my password. I also don't trust QVC to tell us if they were hacked, unless they are forced to do so. I no long trust this company to be honest, and I seriously doubt I will order anything from them. If they had been upfront with what was going on, that might have been one thing. Fact is, they are still trying to hide what happened, which makes me trust them even less. I feel their whole IT department is incompetent. My bet is they are trying to save money, and are not very diligent about security.

I've been hearing a lot on the news this morning that ransomware hit computer systems all over the world yesterday. At least one hospital system in Pittsburg, PA could not look up patient care because their systems were down.
I wonder if QVC's systems are networked in that same maze and subsequently effected by the same cyberattack.

Yes... this last episode that lasted about a week the hosts kept saying it was TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES..... that was all we heard. Even the Moderators would not say anything lips zipped.

Maybe I have my head in the sand, but I've had the same signin name, password, and debit card number forever. Whenever they used to tell us to sign in with a new ID, I just used the old one. I've never been hacked by anyone. QVC's website is head and shoulders above Sephora, for example. Now there's a problem.

I see both large problems and little tick problems so often, I now am used to it and just take it for granted. Most techs would lose their jobs over such faulty site.
