Re: Irish Gift Event - 15 hours - December 7

You can buy Irish sweaters directly from various Ireland websites for much less.  Q's are over $100 - I bought for $80 and free shipping couple years ago.

Next they'll have Bibles with Katrina Szish, who's an atheist.

Just looked at the 1 am show. Things are lovely,BUT too costly.

When I lose the TV controller, it's always in some remote destination.

@FishandSnail ...............Not disputing your word but  curious as to how you know that Katrina is an atheist?  Is it in her bio somewhere, does she talk about it on her shows?

Re: Irish Gift Event - 15 hours - December 7

It was on her facebook page.  Someone asked about her religious beliefs and she said she wasn't a believer, which then generated applause from many in her industry (fashion) and dissapointment from regular people/fans and things got heated and she deleted the thread, lol.  Very facebook, lol.

None of it was surprising.  I can't believe many in the NYC fashion industry go to church.  When someone asked the question, you knew nothing but trouble would result.

Re: Irish Gift Event - 15 hours - December 7

I love the Irish themed shows. Just under 32 million Americans have Irish ancestry so this is a pretty large market for QVC. I love the comment that was made that we are subjected to made in China products every day so genuine Irish made goods are refreshing. I wish QVC would bring more authentic products from around the world. I haven’t seen the Polish pottery for a while, or the German products during Oktoberfest. Let’s celebrate more goods from all over!
