I called customer service today with my problem and was treated with the utmost courtesy, just wanted to get that out there immediately.

Here's my problem:

I ordered a t-shirt during a Lori Goldstein show hosted by Shawn Killinger. Shawn made a big deal out of the fact that she knew these shirts would sell out, so she got her's before that happened. I've heard other hosts say they hoped an item didn't sell out, because they wanted to order, but she said she placed her order first.

When my shirt arrived, I saw they sent the wrong size. I called customer service and told them what happened. They said, send it back and we'll send you the right size, no charge for the postage on the return.

Today, I got an e-mail stating that they no longer had that shirt in my size, so I'd be sent a refund. I don't want a refund, I want the shirt! I'm certain Ms. Killinger has her's.

I am not a happy QVC customer at the moment and I requestd that someone from corporate call me on this matter. As I said, the customer service rep was very pleasant and, actually, quite sympathetic and seemed to agree with me about hosts ordering before the customers.

If I hear from corporate, I'll let you know!
