Interesting comparison overseas shipping. . .

On the 21st of November, I ordered 7 items from England.  The total of the items was about $155.  I paid about $50 in shipping and handling.

 

Ordered on the 21st, 7 items for $155; shipping from England cost an additional $51.  Arrived today, November 25th.  FOUR days. Four of the items were rather large although not heavy, but required good packing.  

 

I was totally surprised it came that quickly and for not more than that in shipping.  DHL delivered.

I often order from a store whose warehouse is in Germany.  It's expensive, $9 or $10 for shipping, but if I order on Sunday night, I get my order the following Wednesday.

@Kachina624 What shocked me was thinking about if I ordered 7 items from QVC and paid shipping for each item, and how long that would take to get to me. . . Woman Sad

I don’t order anything that I hope to see soon from qvc.True I order from England and it’s here in two days.
