I'm not happy with customer service at all. I realized I didn't get my next months issue of the Insider. I tried to access on line and got a message I'm not a member. I called customer service and they were of no help at all. She said she put a note in the system that I want to continue to receive it then she said "hopefully you will get it". I then told her not being able to access on line and she said she doesn't know anything about that. Are you kidding me??? If I spoke to a customer like that at my job I would be my supervisor's office.
