I used to get the Insider Magazine but for some odd reason I have not received it since last October. What can I do to remedy this situation?

Send an email to QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com and request it.
Hopefully you'll start to receive it again in a few weeks, although yesterday I received the April issue again, instead of the May issue.....go figure.

@KingstonsMom And if you're paying for it (because they used to charge you for it, at least they did when I subscribed) I'd really be contacting someone about them owing you money for issues not received.

I used to receive it online. My preference. Yesterday I received another April. I had already received one that was hand addressed.

Beth-QVC C.S. - I have been receiving Insider Magazine for many years. I did not receive the October issue. When I called customer service, I was told they did not see me on the list. Please make sure I am reinstated to the Insider list since I never cancelled it. Also, please send me October's issue which was never sent.

I have checked your account and you are indeed subscribed. I have sent you a copy of October's and you should have it by the end of the week.

To those getting help from the Social Team, I hope you have better luck than I did.
I originally subscribed in 2015, am an active QVC customer, yet I have had to make a personal request at least twice in order to get a copy.
The Social Team always responds promptly, mailing out an issue, having a few online issues sent, but then the Insider just stops coming again.
I got the September issue. But no October.
QVC seems to have a problem maintaining the Insider subscription database. What is the solution? There should
be one.
