Inside Q confusion

I want to start by writing that I love QVC. I really do. However, this entire InsideQ mystery is very frustrating and annoying.

First, a while back, we got letters stating that we no longer have to pay for our subscriptions. Then, I start reading on the boards that people stopped receiving their magazines. Recently, I could no longer log in to InsideQ. The boards show I'm not the only one. And now, some are getting emails about Qin or some such thing. Others have received emails giving them information about the InsideQ being emailed to us on the 18th of each month. Some have links to the November Insider now.

I changed my email preferences, but I still have no information about what is going on.

Meanwhile, I just want to read my November Insider! I was willing to pay even $36 a year for it, and I was thrilled when it went down to $12 per year.

Now, I have NO IDEA what is going on with InsideQ. I don't know if I will get it anymore, if I will receive an email link anymore, or even if it exists anymore.

QVC, you're messing this up. I know I cannot be the only frustrated QVC shopper out there. Just send us a letter or an email, or make a public service announcement on your website, and JUST LET US KNOW. It doesn't have to be so confusing!
