I keep reading customers say they are unable to return items because they threw out the invoice and/or packaging.
go to your account, order status, click on item to be returned, click on return item, from there you can fill out the form, print it out along with shipping label. If the original shipping bag is not available, purchase a padded mailing bag, place item in bag with return invoice, seal and apply shipping label.
I've done this several times, per customer service, and had no issues with the return. Of course it must be done within the 30 day policy.

If you're not able to print return paperwork, the mods will cheerfully send you what you need. Just ask.
