Inappropriate!!  In fact, we just heard that same wording in a political ad on TV!!!!  DH looked over and said "what did they just say".

I find that since 2015 the language we hear on TV from many individuals is completely inappropriate.  When a person in a very high office curses, etc, the censors now allow language that would never have been tolerated before.  We don't need crudeness at all.

I think there have been other questionable words used on some QVC shows.  Probably not nearly as bad as some of the commercials that are "suggestive" or some sit-coms that can be quite "inappropriate."  As they say here, you can change the channel.

"Screw it" doesn't bother me one bit.   If Q doesn't like it, they'll handle it.  Otherwise, we all need to chill and realize what's ok for one may or may not be ok for another and that's ok.

I don't think because the TV was on makes her addicted to it.  Like the OP said , she didn't expect it on QVC.  When my Grandson is here, I am not playing with him the whole time.  I am usually cooking something.  LOL   I usually get him a movie and pop that in for him to watch.  JUST MO

While I don't find it all that offensive, it's kind of a stupid thing for her to say.

Well, while I didn't hear it, and I don't even have an opinion on it, I do have an opinion that we do need to have standards and limits, but I'm not sure that is in any way shape or form possible in today's world.

I guess it's ok to say anything on tv now because it would be ok to some.

Food for thought.

It is completely inappropriate.

The late Democrat Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan had a saying for it.  He described it as "defining deviancy down."

It is not necessary nor right.

I have now read every potty word in beauty/fashion magazines.  Slowly weaving it into places it is totally UNnecessary.  I am not renewing any of my magazine subscriptions.  Was just reading that the usually biggest issue of fashion magazines cannot be as large as in the past.  I think it is the September issue.  For whatever reason, not as many companies are buying pages in them.  I don't know all the reasons, but they are losing one subscriber that used to look forward to them.
