Re: In the garden

[ Edited ]

@Roz123456  We don't plant annuals in SE Pennsylvania until after Mother's Day (last frost). Tomatoes do better when planted closer to Memorial Day. So, I could still order items to be shipped in time for planting. That being said, I'm really tired of seeing the Roberta's crew. Definitely a channel change for me.

I would never buy plants from TV.  I know the huge flowers and plants they hawk wouldn't do the same for me.  In my opinion they have the garden stuff on way too often. I only buy my plants locally. If you've had luck with TV plants, happy for you.

"PS and by the way" Rick is now orange, too, like all the women there. It must be catchy😆

No kidding! I wish each one would tell us which fake tan they use, so we could avoid that brand!

A bunch of oompa-loompas running around the set, telling us stories that we care nothing about, whirling & twirling.....please....

@MoJoV I have noticed that sometimes Rick’s face looks dirty…….thought it was just me, but I’ve been noticing it a lot lately lol.

I tune in for the live plant shows, but not neccesarily for non-plant garden stuff.

I also noticed, and I think it's contour makeup that may be going awry...

@Squirrels Are Trash .……I’ve often wondered, ( if someone close to him noticed ) why they wouldn’t tell him…..it seems pretty obvious to me.  I really dislike self-tanner, unless done subtly. RMS seems to have perfected it. I, on the other hand, will remain, uh, fairly light lol.

@RNbynite

He's the "boss" of the sales group, so perhaps it's uncomfortable for them to tell him?

I am in SoCal, and living here, you always maintain a slight tan because it's really sunny (when it is sunny.) Plus, I have an old dog, so we walk a lot.
