Im a new customer i ordered a zt systems computer with ezpay on 11/02/11 called three days afterwards to make sure everything was fine because it was still in process on 11/05/11 they assured me everything was fine and it "will"be here on the 11/10/11

i called once more just incase i got a cs who doesnt know swquat they also told me same thing well on 11/01/11 it was still in process so i caled them cs told me since i was new customer that had to be approved for ezpay and its a more lengthy process so thats why it hasnt shipped i was suprised i said i ahve called 2x before and they told me everything was going smoothly and i would recieve my computer on the 10th and they still havent shipped and its 2 days before shipping date I think ezpay approval should come before they take your payment who agress and whats goping on any smiliar problems?..after 6 days of waiting frakking canceled 2 days before delivery date!!!
