I just have to vent.....

I really don't understand why the delay. I ordered 2 of the TSV's during CIA. One shows shipped (by DHL? I thought they weren't around anymore and I didn't pick them either) and the other is "In Process" Ugh....the music box I ordered..."in Process" The TSV's were all in the same order.

I understand about the weather possibly being a delay, but they were ordered on Thursday and still processing Monday? I don't get it.

Thanks for letting me vent.
