In Process and Shipping Questions

I have had a D & B tote bag "in process" for three days now. This is unacceptable, especially compared to the way other retailers handle shipping their orders in a timely manner nowadays.

Then, I ordered 5 of the "Lunchtime Special" monogrammed flameless candles. I just noticed on my order that they are shipping them one at a time. It doesn't make any sense, and I am bewildered.
