[on the bay]

I ordered 2 Issac clothing items awhile ago and was looking at the tracking info and was so surprised to see it had shipped from California, not Pa. I searched on google and sure enough, QVC has a distribution center in Calif.

It opened in 2016 and ships about 20% of QVC clothing, cosmetics, household.

Maybe some of you already knew this.

Oh!! Duh me, who knew there is an Ontario California?! Sorry Californians! My aunt and uncle have a place in Ontario, Canada so that is what I always think of.

I'll edit my post or delete. And wow it is near all the tragic fires in Los Angeles!

@on the bay.  I get about 90% of my orders from the Ontario, Ca., warehouse as I'm in New Mexico.  This includes almost all the clothing that I order.  They are the main offender of lack of packing slips.  I rarely get one.

I read that it is part of the Greater Los Angeles area, about 35-40 miles east of Los Angeles Cty.

I once had an acquaintance ask me to pick her up at the Ontario airport (because the plane ticket was cheaper).    I DECLINED because the time, distance, gasoline, etc. would have cost ME more than her "savings" on the airfare.... 

It would have been an hour drive EACH WAY for me.   di

I knew about the Ontario warehouse and anytime I order and see that's where its comiing from, I know it will take twice as long.  After several day, they put it on a UPS truck that takes a week to get to the east coast, then transfer to the post office and it takes at least two more days, then I finally get the package about 8pm, because the post office here has changed my delivery time from before lunch to 8 pm, because so many people have moved here from other states, they don't have enough postal emplyees. Small world problems I know, but still annoying.   UGH!
