The reason most say CS is rude and unhelpful is that they do not get exactly what they want since it is impossible to do so at this time!! Then they keep calling over and over probably not being very nice but demanding hoping they can get what they want which makes it nearly impossible for customers with real issues to get through!!

If I worked at QVC and saw the complaints here in the forums, I'd realize I needed to do better and I'd work to make some changes.

I guess y'all never heard of surveys that retailers bombard you with whether you shop in-store or online.....If retailers go through all that trouble and only few reply, you ask yourself WHY do they listen to so few, yet THEY DO!!! Same with the Feedback Form on QVC's website, why bother if they dont even read or do anything with it.... QVC could be like other online retailers and not even offer these options... So I think if a certain topic keeps coming up on the Forums there is probably someone that collects that info and forwards it on to the proper department....
Even the Moderators used to post that they were forwarding certain ideas, suggestions and comments on that were made by Forum members..... they may do it privately now, but its funny how you will hear vendors/hosts say---"we listened to you and made some changes".....why bother to care if it was just a few customers that submitted a change or improvement they wanted to see......
There has to be a good reason that they keep this Forum going....Even if you submit a comment on the Feedback Forum you get a follow up email asking "how your comment/complaint was handled"......Whether you believe it or not there has to be a beneficial reason for QVC to keep the Forums and Feedback Form going...there has to be a lot headaches that go along with it., QVC could be like Amazon and get rid of ways for customers to express their opinions.....

@Pook wrote:@FancyPhillyshopper While I do agree with you about the forums there are some things that are informational like the recipes, product information, books/movies and stuff like that that I would miss.
I couldn't tell you how often I've bought products because they were mentioned here on the boards plus I've seen things I know other are seeking and paged them. I've acquired all sorts of useful information and helpful hints. It's a great place to put out an inquiry for recommendations on products too.

Not all people are back to work yet. Full staff may not be operating just yet. Amazon is not speedy either. This getting back on track is requiring a LOT of patience. It may be maddening, but I think it's par for the course. SLOW is the buzzword...

QVC is not the only company where their customer service employees are getting "flack". What has been complained on this forum about QVC has been said about other companies (Amazon is an example).

i would think that not everyone is aware of what is going on out in the country/world
perhaps they are safe at home and not exposed to the challenges others face.
perhaps they are not aware of businesses trying their best to survive.
we all have been spoiled. with todays issues, instant and fast is a huge challenge.

@Pook wrote:It seems that there are not really that many of QVC customers who actually post here so those complaints from the same ones over and over are just a very small percentage of those who regularly buy here! It would be interesting to actually see stats on that!
pretty much all forums rehash the same thing, I was a reddit reader on something and left then just checked it out recently and the same things were being posted. that is the nature of internet forums

I also think, based on what I read the CS people are not given any latitude to actually solve a problem. other than boilerplate.

and I saw all the posts from dissatisfied customers here I would start looking for a job. I can only imagine all the unhappy customers out there that dont come here. Sadly I think QVC's days may be numbered.
Just be patient. We are in the middle of a pandemic and everyone is short staffed.![]()
