And just to follow up on customer suggestions and requests....I heard the comment again made by a vendor on a fashion show yesterday......

 

"We listened to the customers and made some changes that you had requested....."  (I dont think every customer suggested or made the request either)......

 

Now is QVC going to comply with every comment and suggestion---HECK NO---but if they implement just a FEW of them they make customers happy who will buy and shop more....and thats the bottom line....and QVC could use some help right now...
