Kirsten gets on my nerves too, really like her but she doesn't describe items properly, bought that lounge exerciser, she kept repeating how it was fully assembled which wasn't the case when I received it.  I made them take it back.

I'm waiting for the day that I turn on QVC (or other shopping channels) and the hosts are gone and all we have are products and numbers.  Like Number 8??  Just call in..... LOL!

She's a salesman.  She'll say whatever she has to say to sell product and, probably, meet her quota.  That's the nature of the business.
