I caught some of the rebroadcast of her Saturday show.  It is sad that the resources are so limited on the second channel that the hosts have to go to unflattering lengths.  Mary was laying on the floor between the coffee table and the sofa in the living room set used for her show.  The vendor was selling a Bundt cake pan and that was how Mary was expressing her delight in the vendors culinary ideas.   That show is rather difficult to watch.

What's the connection between a bundt cake pan and being on the floor?  Yeah, sounds a little odd.

That was just Mary being overly dramatic, silly and emotive.

She also does this type of thing also on Q1, so it's not limited to being on the Q2 set.

Mary also does this on her social media pages in her videos.  Her on-the-floor reaction to various things is one of her regular humor routines.

I don't watch ITKWM on QVC 2 because I don't like the tiny claustrophobic set on that channel.

Haven't seen it on QVC yet, butI've been seeing people lying on the floor on HGTV and on commercials for flooring.  Not my thing, but apparently it is a thing.

Lying on the floor selling flooring I can see, but lying on the floor selling a bundt cake makes no sense to me.
