I would love to know who started this fashion mistake.
Yeah, burns me up. Even overweight people are doing it. I'm not showing my big gut why I buy tunics and jackets. People look ridiculous. Think that was Meghan Markle that started that poop.

My Mom would have said "when was the last time you looked in the mirror"
Or "are you going out looking like that"

SharkE I agree my tops cover my belly. The only thing is some of the untuck crowd do have guts. I guess the style is let it all hang out.

And even in those photos of "the proper way", the look still looks sloppy to me. I guess I just don't get it.

@SharkE Meghan Markle did not start the half tuck. This is nothing new and has been around for YEARS.

Supposedly when her and Harry went to a sporting event over in England she had that going on then everybody jumped on band wagon. Picture online.
I've never seen it before the past few yrs. Hope, it fades like most trends

The half tuck was first seen on the runway in France. It became mainstream in 2010, so it has been around for quite a while.
It was popularized by fashion expert Tan France on Nexflex's Queer Eye, but he didn't " invent the look."

I think it depends on the person's body shape and style who can wear the half and front tuck.

I agrre. Julia does not have a professional vibe. In my opinion, she tries too hard and comes off as phoney. When she is on In The Kitchen With Mary, I change the channel. I guess I will just watch David.
