My credit limit was lowered on the Q-Card because I don't have a balance on the card. I guess they figured it I'm not using it to the limit to lower my limit. They lowered it by about $500. Doesn't really bother me because their interest rates are really high.

Like others have said, QVC doesn't actually issue your credit card so they don't have access to your account. Call the number on the back of your card. As for your issue with charging tax, I get charged tax for almost everything I buy online. This isn't 1986 anymore--they aren't the only place to shop at home anymore. Pretty much anything you can buy at QVC, you can get elsewhere. If you don't like QVC's prices, shop elsewhere.
