Not sure what the real problem was here, but there is no way to resolve an issue of shopping with the wrong retailer.  There are plenty that have what suits you.  You just have to find it.  I rarely return to QVC, but clothing isn't my usual purchase.

Yay!   Turned on the computer, and there was a msg saying that I received my credit.
