I will never understand

I ordered two different sets of pillows ..on my status it says box 1 and box 2 I just got a delivery on first box..status say delivered.. ups... great .. the box 2 hasnt come it sat delivery by US post office.. WHY? Can anyone tell me why they get separated ?

Think of how your luggage is never together on the turnstile at the airport.   It all comes down at once with a million other packages, and gets separated.
