I ordered two different comforters and decided to return one, along with some matching shams (that the Q sent in two different shipments and of course charged me double shipping). I returned the comforter and the matching shams in the same box. I realized after it was too late that I had put the wrong return slip in the box - I used the one from the comforter that I decided to keep which was 1/2 the cost of the one I returned. Well, you know what happened next. They credited me for the comforter that I kept. I have been trying for over a week to get this straightened out. My question is, do they not look at the merchandise that has been returned? If that is the case then we could just wrap up any old thing and send it back with a return slip and get a refund. I realize I made the mistake but what does this say for QVC's diligence in crediting the proper item? It was obviously different -Northern Nights vs. Home Reflections. I don't want to end up paying $200 for a $100 quilt.
