I'm sooooo disappointed!

I have been saving up for a specific Dooney & Bourke handbag for quite awhile (A213546). It is expensive so I had to wait until I finished my Christmas shopping for everyone else. I received the 5 easy pays so I went ahead and ordered the cognac. I was so excited that it finally came. When I opened the box it was the wheat color (yellowish) packed in a plastic bag that said cognac (reddish brown). What a disappointment!! Of course I sent it back, but now I am afraid to order a new one in cognac since they will probably send the wrong color again! I have tried every other website I could find including the DB website and no one has the cognac color. QVC is the only one that says they have it, but of course they send the wrong one. Thanks QVC - You really disappointed me!
