I was so happy to finally get the Lori G Jewelry case. I tried putting it together and noticed that 2 pieces were missing, the parts that hold the sides together. I called QVC to see if they could send me the parts and when she contacted them, they said they didn't have the parts. So the customer service rep said what I could do is send it back and they would send me a replacement. WHAT!!! how dumb is that, they want me to take my time and send it back for 2 parts, so they can ship me another???? So, I told her she can let them know that I will be shipping it back but I won't want another one, just give me the money back and I'll buy one from some place else that has all the parts. What a stupid way to run a business, they are willing to lose money for 2 parts they could have sent me. Oh well.
