I'm on a self imposed break from QVC.  I'm tired of having to return items because of quality issues.....so I'm not going to be ordering for awhile.

This week alone I had to return two items because they were recieved damaged.  The first was an Isaac cold shoulder sweater....came with a big snag right down the front.

The second was a pair of denim and co crop pants.  At first you couldn't tell they were snagged because they were black.  But as I tried them on and was looking in the mirror, I ran my hand down the back of the pants to smooth them out......felt the snag.  Took the pants off and there is a big snag down the back of the left leg.

This was two trips to the post office in one week for me.  I'm out for awhile.  Hopefully the Quality will be brought back to the VC.

Re: I'm on a break

I haven't purchased anything in over a year.  The prices, quality, and sizing are questionable. In addition, there are so many complaints with customer services.  I just don't need this headache.

I hear you.  I had sworn off QVC clothing years ago because their sizing was never right for me.  I'm small, but basically straight up and down, but all their pants seem to be made with tiny waists and huge hips. My measurements are 34-28-34, so nothing works for me.  I don't know of any older women whose waists didn't get bigger as they aged, so I'm notsure who these clothes are made for.  I've been successful buying pants from HSN and Evine, however.  Well, I recently saw a pair of jeans that I really liked, so I broke my rule and ordered them.  Sure enough, they fit fine in the lower hip, but I couldn't get them buttoned, so I had to return them.  I hate doing that, and it costs me 10 bucks to do it, but my mail carrier will pick it up from my mailbox outside my front door, so I at least don't have to go to the P.O.

I've cut way back too. But did you realize that you can send back many items in one box and use the return label? As long as it all goes to one address and together, the box is not over 5lbs. I have asked CS many times if this is ok and gotten a yes. Just remember that different things go to different addresses. Have done this many times.

I'm sorry for your disappointments.

Returns are a pain.

My QVC purchases aren't ever in the clothing category, but I occasionally have self imposed buying breaks, just because I love a certain product line and I want it all!

Try Evine.  I’ve found their prices are much better as is the quality of their clothing.

I too have cut way back, to nada in the clothing department due to returns. The only thing I have bought since before Christmas is WEN and bareMinerals.

@Travone- The US Postal Service will pick up your package at your door step for no extra charge (during the time your mail is normally delivered).  To sign up for this service, go to usps.com.  When you want them to pick up a package, you go to usps.com and sign up for a package pickup.  As long as you go online by 2 am the day you need your package picked up, it will be done the same day.  Very convenient.

@Travone

If the clothing arrived damaged with snags, (I bet they were returns-JMHO), I'd certainly call Customer Service so they could make a notation and get your return postage refunded once the items were received back........
